Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including counters, tables, and equipment, following food safety sanitizing procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee makers, and food warmers safely and efficiently
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety management guidelines
• Restock buffet stations and ensure all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly labeled
• Follow manual handling procedures when lifting or moving supplies and equipment to prevent injury

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable; fine dining or catering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in in-person interactions
• Ability to handle weight in the workplace comfortably and adhere to manual handling protocols
