Weekend Breakfast Chef Happy Days Food Co

– The Gap Happy Days Food Co is looking for an experienced Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our team. Saturday & Sunday | 5:00am – 2:30pm We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ professional kitchen experience who is confident working in a very busy breakfast environment. You’ll need to be at work at 5:00am to get the morning baking and kitchen preparation underway, and you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen during service. The role includes:

Morning baking and kitchen preparation

Running the breakfast kitchen during service

Preparing and cooking our breakfast menu

Keeping the kitchen organised, clean and running efficiently Working closely with one kitchen assistant who will be working alongside you

Maintaining a high standard of food and presentation

Multitasking and staying calm during busy service periods

This is a fast-paced role, so you need to be quick, organised and able to work independently while also being a good team player. This is a very friendly environment, no difficult drama queen's please!
