Grata Bar & Grille, located inside Holiday Inn & Suites Tupelo North, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Weekend Breakfast Server to join our hospitality team.

This is a weekend-only position and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with guests, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and restaurant customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take breakfast orders accurately and provide attentive table service.
• Serve food, beverages, and coffee promptly.
• Assist with maintaining and replenishing the breakfast area as needed.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout the breakfast shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service area.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for breakfast service.
• Provide friendly and professional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, serving, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time.
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday mornings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
