Cater Care is looking for a passionate Weekend Chef to join our kitchen team at an aged care facility in Wembley, Western Australia.

Put your culinary skills to work preparing fresh, quality meals in a busy hospitality environment. You’ll take pride in delivering great food, maintaining high kitchen standards and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

What We Offer

• Weekend-only roster – Saturday & Sunday, 15 hours per week
• $32.14 per hour + weekend loading + super

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents and staff
• Support daily kitchen operations and bulk meal preparation
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, and cold dishes with consistency and care
• Prepare texture-modified foods as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards

About You

• Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
• Aged care or volume catering experience is desirable
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and special dietary requirements
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
• Reliable, positive approach with a passion for quality food
