Schedule Requirement: Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Duties

• Prepare cookie dough using precise measurements and high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency in flavor and texture
• Decorate cookies with intricate designs, icing, and toppings to create visually stunning treats that meet brand standards
• Package baked goods carefully to preserve freshness and presentation for retail or catering orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with food production tasks such as mixing, shaping, and baking cookies according to established recipes
• Support the team with food handling duties, ensuring all products meet safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels of ingredients and packaging supplies efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related culinary field, preferably with a focus on cookies or confections
• Skilled in decorating techniques and food presentation to create eye-catching designs
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a commercial kitchen setting
• Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients or retail customers when needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience within the food industry or catering environment is highly desirable
