Weekend Customer Service & Class Assistant

About the role

WeTalk Education Singapore is looking for a friendly and responsible Weekend Customer Service & Class Assistant to support teachers, students and parents during weekend classes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception counter and welcome students and parents
• Handle basic enquiries, enrolment and payment matters
• Take attendance and maintain basic student records
• Assist teachers before, during and after classes
• Prepare classrooms, teaching materials and equipment
• Help manage students during arrival, dismissal and class transitions
• Support trial students and new parents
• Collect fees and record/issue receipts where required
• Assist with washing and cleaning of calligraphy materials
• Keep classrooms, reception and common areas tidy

About you

• Able to commit Saturday & Sunday, 9am–5pm
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English and Mandarin
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and parents
• Responsible, punctual and organised
• Comfortable handling basic administrative work and payments
• Willing to assist teachers with classroom setup, cleaning and other hands-on duties
• Experience in education, enrichment centres, customer service or working with children is an advantage but not essential
