Weekend Direct Care Coach

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate WEEKEND Direct Care Coach to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks aligned with the weekly menu plan while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic programs to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being both on and off campus
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control protocols
• Document care activities accurately in resident records, including progress notes and incident reports

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in children's residential treatment centers and group homes in a foster care setting a plus.
• Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, HIPAA compliance training, and medication administration are a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
