Weekend Front Desk Receptionist

Naperville yard is an indoor sports facility with 4 indoor turf field and a full service daycare.

Shift & Schedule: Weeknight evenings and Saturdays & Sundays

Part Time or Full Time: part time

Pay: $15-16/hour

Reports To: Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they arrive.

-Help prep for birthdays during week for weekend

• Handling customer questions and creating a positive customer experience.

• Ensure company phone is being answered.

• Enforcing our rules and risk management policies in the building.

• Assure customers pay for services such as the playroom, open-play and other programs

offered.

• Setting up the fields and preparing the facility for different activities.

• Check in birthday parties.

• Verify all participants have a waiver on file.

• Completing additional tasks assigned to.

Qualifications:

• Must be available weekends

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs

• Ability to multitask

• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Excel in team atmosphere

• Detail oriented & very organized

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
