Weekend Group Facilitator

Position: WeekendGroup Facilitator
Location: Brookfield, WI

Schedule: Part-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Therapist/Facilitator to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone with strong group facilitation experience and a passion for supporting individuals in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapeutic groups for clients in both Residential and IOP levels of care
• Lead weekend residential groups
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in clinical meetings and complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as: SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC , LCP-IT, LPC, LMFT-IT, LMFT, APSW, LCSW
• Experience running or co-facilitating therapeutic groups for clients with substance use disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for recovery work
