Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists using restaurant reservation management systems.
• Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols throughout all interactions and tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred, especially with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests simultaneously.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is a plus, along with familiarity with food safety standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic during busy service hours.
• Hospitality experience that demonstrates guest relations expertise is highly valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
