Weekend Housekeeper

Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces for others? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton by Hilton.

As a housekeeper, you play an important role in creating a positive guest experience. A clean and welcoming room is one of the first things guests notice, and your attention to detail helps ensure they feel comfortable and cared for during their stay.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards
• Make beds and change linens and towels
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
• Restock guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Clean and maintain public areas and common spaces
• Report maintenance concerns or items needing attention
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and reliable with a strong commitment to showing up for scheduled shifts
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but not required

Position Details

• Part-time weekend position
• Weekend availability is required
• Hours and shift times may vary based on hotel needs
• Must be dependable and able to consistently work scheduled shifts
• Supportive, team-focused work environment
• Opportunities to learn and cross-train in other hotel positions

Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
