Pay: $33.54–$35.54 per hour

Schedule: Weekends

Position: Per diem

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and directed.
• Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and members of the care team.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Follow infection-control, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• A compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow established care plans and procedures.
