Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Maintenance Technician, where your expertise keeps our facilities running smoothly and efficiently! As a key player in our maintenance operations, you’ll be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks during weekend shifts, supporting the overall health of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility’s appearance and functionality meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Support safety protocols by inspecting facilities for hazards and ensuring compliance with safety standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical equipment repair, and building interior maintenance.
• Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards teamwork is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively across teams.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
