What they need
Weekend Negotiator:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and IT/administration skills.
Hours: Saturday 9am to 4.30pm and ad-hoc hours as required to be agreed on a mutual basis.
Key activities include:
- Arranging viewings
- Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
- Client contact
- Applicant management
- Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate profile:
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Team player but able to work independently
- Knowledge of the local area
- Driving Licence & use of own car
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.72 per hour
Work Location: In person
