Weekend Night Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a casual reception Night Auditor overnight at our Albert Park Lake location. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager with support of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for making and modifying reservations, attending to guest requests and maintaining a high level of service the business is recognised for. The role involves 2+ shifts a week, 11pm - 7am Saturday & Sunday night, with possibility for more shifts midweek when coverage is required.

Key responsibilities

• Handling of incoming calls from in house and potential guests
• Following processes for checking guests in and out, as well as processing payments
• Creating and updating reservations over the phone and via email
• Ensuring guests experience a high level of service
• Handling guest enquiries, requests, complaints and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Completing simple daily reporting

About you

• Experience in customer service
• The ability to think quickly and problem solve
• High level of attention to detail
• The discipline to work alone and within a small team
• A professional attitude and appearance
• Prior experience with RMS booking system is ideal but not essential
• Full working rights within Australia
