Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service while taking their orders for doughnuts, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and other treats
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, give accurate change, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, equipment, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure product availability during busy hours
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as doughnut assembly or beverage setup to support smooth operations during peak times

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly desirable; barista & kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Ability to follow food safety protocols and handle food products responsibly
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Experience with beverage service, drink preparation, and food handling techniques
