Weekend PDN (LPN/RN)

Pay: $32–$38 per Hour | Weekend Shifts Available

Are you a compassionate LPN or RN looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference one-on-one with patients in their homes? We are seeking dedicated nurses to provide skilled homecare services to pediatric and adult patients throughout Hanover, PA and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Follow physician orders and established care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document care provided
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and family members on care needs
• Communicate changes in patient status with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Pediatric experience preferred for pediatric cases, but not required
• New graduates welcome to apply for select opportunities
• Reliable transportation
