Job Summary:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling meals to spec, maintaining a clean and organized station, and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during service. Meal prep and batch cooking are a big part of what we do, so efficiency and consistency are key.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes
• Cook proteins, grains, and vegetables to order and for batch prep
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as a team player in a positive, fast-paced environment
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and accommodate dietary preferences

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control
• Passion for health-conscious food and wellness
• Strong customer service skills
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Weekend availability
