Are you passionate about helping individuals break free from addiction and build meaningful lives in recovery? Warrenton Woods is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and engaging Weekend PRN Group Facilitator to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by leading therapeutic and recovery-focused groups that inspire hope, build resilience, and support lasting change. We are looking for professionals who can connect with clients, create meaningful discussion, and foster an environment where recovery can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate engaging and clinically relevant substance use disorder treatment groups
• Encourage honest discussion, peer support, and active participation
• Help clients develop insight, coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and recovery-focused thinking
• Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that promotes healing and personal growth
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals and client success
• Uphold confidentiality, professional ethics, and all regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• All candidates must have one of the following credentials: CSAC or Supervisee, LSATP or Resident, LPC or Resident, LMFT or Resident, LCSW or Supervisee, RPRS or CPRS (RPRS eligible)
• Significant experience working in substance use disorder treatment
• Working knowledge of co-occurring mental health disorders and related behaviors
• Knowledge of recovery support services
• Strong group facilitation and psychoeducational programming skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate clients
