Weekend Production Associates – 11-Month Contract

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork

Our client, a leading medical device company , is currently recruiting Weekend Production Associates to join their team on an 11-month fixed-term contract

About the Roles

The role involves working 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note: successful candidates must be available to complete an initial Monday to Friday training programme on the Weekend shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations in line with SOPs, data sheets, MPs, and QPSs
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Operate effectively within a cellular manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of housekeeping
• Produce products to required quality and output targets
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures , including Health & Safety (HSE)
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Secondary school education, trade qualification, or equivalent
• Strong numerical ability
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• High attention to detail with a strong quality focus
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
• Previous manufacturing experience in a quality-controlled environment
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a distinct advantage
