Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Weekend RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, primarily focusing on weekends. Your expertise will help implement individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting clients in developing essential skills and improving their quality of life. Duties

• Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions based on individualized care plans, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and communication to promote independence.
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring fidelity to established treatment methods.
• Support clients in school or home settings by applying behavior management techniques aligned with their care plans.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and progress toward goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection techniques.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients through personalized care plans.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, and documentation standards related to behavioral health.
• Experience working in home-based or school settings providing direct behavioral therapy services.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement.
• Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
