Weekend Receptionist

We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist/Reservationist to join our front of house team.

This is primarily a weekend job, with most shifts needed being at the weekend.

The front desk at The Elms is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who love to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.

Your communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
