Big Oak Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team as a Weekend RN Supervisor! If you're passionate about providing quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!

Weekend Schedule: 7 am- 3 pm | 3 pm- 11 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health status through physical examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Promote infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship practices.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Participate in care planning and oversee the implementation of care plans.
• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate residents and families about care needs and treatment plans.
• Provide staff education, guidance, and support.
• Supervise nursing department staff and promote high standards of care.

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to quality resident care and teamwork
