Qualifications:
- Current NYS RN License
- Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred
- CPR Certified
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support nursing staff during weekend operations
- Ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate staffing, resident needs, and clinical oversight
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
