Facility: Park Avenue Extended Care Facility
Position: Weekend RN Supervisors
Location: Long Beach, New York
Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM | 3 PM - 11 PM | 11 PM - 7 AM (Weekend shifts)
Salary: $55 per hour
Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and support teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid New York State RN license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts on weekends
