Duties

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist with their shopping needs
• Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through their purchase decisions
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
• Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while practicing excellent phone etiquette
• Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods

Skills

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills, especially in English and Spanish, are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
• Effective time management to balance multiple responsibilities during shifts
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism with phone etiquette and courteous customer interactions

Pay: £25,420.00-£46,067.44 per year
