Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy weekend shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
