We are a proud, family-run, award-winning boutique tearoom known for our elegant afternoon teas, beautiful bakes, and genuinely warm service. We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Server to join our close-knit team.

In our tearoom, we believe luxury doesn’t mean formal or distant it means attention to detail, kindness, and making every guest feel special. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and loves creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Weekends are a special time in our tearoom filled with celebrations, catch-ups, and beautifully presented afternoon teas. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team and takes pride in creating a lovely experience for every guest.

About the Role

As a Barista / Server, you’ll be part of the heart of our tearoom. From crafting lovely coffees and teas to serving afternoon tea with care and a smile, you’ll help ensure every guest leaves feeling looked after.

This is a hands-on role where everyone supports one another — whether that’s helping during a busy service, polishing glassware, or checking in on a table.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing coffees, teas, and speciality drinks to a high standard
• Providing friendly, attentive table service
• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest
• Keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised
• Supporting your teammates during busy periods

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous hospitality or barista experience (preferred but not essential)
• Is friendly, positive, and well-presented
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Stays calm and organised during busy services
• Takes pride in delivering beautiful drinks and lovely service
• Values being part of a family-run business
