Weekend Server(Daytime Hours)

Working closely with the General Manager, Innkeeper, and a dedicated team, this position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating warm, welcoming spaces for guests to relax, unwind, and feel cared for. • Ensuring guest rooms, dining areas, and common spaces are spotless, organized, and inviting
• Greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Supporting breakfast, High Tea, and small event service, as needed
• Assisting teammates to ensure seamless daily operations

Background & Preferred Experiences

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, our ideal candidate brings:

• 2+ years of experience in service roles
• Strong communication skills across guests, team members, and leadership
• Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs and moving between levels of the Inns
• A shared belief in The Gather Company’s vision — to create spaces where guests and teams alike feel at home
