Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Shift Registered Nurse (Massachusetts) to join our team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, Massachusetts. As a registered nurse on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• BSN degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse
