As Weekend Showroom Host, you will responsible for providing professional front-of-house customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and enquiries, the role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional frontline customer service and create a positive first impression for customers and visitors
• Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Maintain the reception area and showroom café to a high standard of presentation and cleanliness

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone who a friendly, professional, and organised individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. You should also have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team
