RejuvenX

Weekend Business Territory Sales Representative
Sarasota/Naples, FL | Full-Time | Friday-Monday
Build relationships. Own your territory. Grow your income. And have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off.
RejuvenX is looking for a driven Weekend Business Territory Sales Representative to grow healthcare referral relationships throughout the Sarasota/Naples market and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time, field-based sales role working Friday through Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. That means your workweek is concentrated into four days, giving you Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off every week.
Your Territory
You’ll own and develop referral relationships throughout the Sarasota/Naples area and surrounding communities.
Because this is a field-based sales position, you’ll spend significant time traveling throughout your territory, meeting referral partners face-to-face, identifying new opportunities, and developing business.
Candidates who live within or have strong familiarity with the Sarasota/Naples market are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
You'll be the face of RejuvenX throughout your territory, developing relationships that generate new patient referrals and grow our presence in the market.
Your days will include:
<ul>
<li>Building and maintaining relationships with medical providers, urgent care centers, primary care offices, hospitals, imaging providers, attorneys, and other referral partners</li>
<li>Developing new business within your assigned territory</li>
<li>Conducting regular in-person visits with current and prospective referral sources</li>
<li>Identifying new healthcare practices and organizations to add to your pipeline</li>
<li>Educating referral partners about RejuvenX services and how we support patients following motor vehicle accidents</li>
<li>Asking for the business and turning strong relationships into patient referrals</li>
<li>Following up consistently and staying visible with key accounts</li>
<li>Representing RejuvenX at networking events, community events, and other business development opportunities</li>
<li>Managing your territory strategically and determining where your time will have the greatest impact</li>
<li>Tracking outreach, activity, referrals, and opportunities through our CRM</li>
<li>Partnering with clinic and leadership teams to support market growth</li>
</ul>
This Role May Be Perfect for You If...
You don't need someone telling you where to go or who to call every hour of the day. You enjoy owning your territory and creating opportunities.
You're someone who:
<ul>
<li>Loves meeting people and building professional relationships</li>
<li>Isn't intimidated by walking into a medical office and starting a conversation</li>
<li>Knows how to navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers</li>
<li>Can build trust with physicians, nurses, office managers, attorneys, and other professionals</li>
<li>Is persistent and comfortable following up multiple times</li>
<li>Doesn't get discouraged by hearing "not right now"</li>
<li>Is motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential</li>
<li>Understands that successful sales requires consistent activity and follow-through</li>
<li>Can manage a territory independently and stay organized</li>
<li>Brings energy, professionalism, and confidence into every interaction</li>
</ul>
And if you have a clinical or healthcare background combined with strong relationship-building or sales skills, we'd especially like to hear from you.
Experience We're Looking For
We prefer 1–3+ years of experience in sales, healthcare business development, medical sales, physician relations, referral development, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, particularly if you've worked with:
<ul>
<li>Physician practices</li>
<li>Urgent care centers</li>
<li>Primary care offices</li>
<li>Diagnostic imaging or radiology</li>
<li>Chiropractic or rehabilitation</li>
<li>Personal injury healthcare</li>
<li>Medical device or pharmaceutical sales</li>
<li>Physician outreach or referral development</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits
We want strong sales performance to be rewarded.
You'll receive:
<ul>
<li>Competitive base salary</li>
<li>Uncapped commission potential</li>
<li>Company vehicle or vehicle allowance</li>
<li>Fuel card</li>
<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>
<li>401(k) with company match</li>
<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>
