Weekend Viewing Agent

About the Role

We are an independent estate agency, based in the heart of Lewes, specialising in residential sales across Lewes and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Weekend Viewing Agent to join our team and represent the company at property viewings, primarily on Saturdays, with occasional holiday cover.

This is a customer-facing role and would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, has excellent communication skills and takes pride in providing a professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Welcome viewers and provide a warm, professional experience
• Present properties confidently and answer general questions about the property and local area
• Gather feedback from viewers following appointments
• Report viewing feedback promptly to the sales team
• Ensure properties are presented appropriately before and during viewings
• Manage property keys responsibly
• Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
• Represent the Lewes Estates brand professionally at all times
• Support the wider sales team when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and confident with people
• Professional and well presented
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Comfortable working independently
• A good communicator with strong customer-service skills
• Digitally confident and able to use basic systems and communication tools
• Local to Lewes or familiar with the surrounding area

Previous estate agency experience would be desirable but is not essential. We would also consider candidates with strong customer-facing experience from other sectors.

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between properties for viewings.
