Weekend Viewing Staff Wanted: Sales & Lettings

We are looking for reliable, personable people to join our team conducting property viewings at weekends, for both sales and lettings.

The role
You'll meet prospective buyers and tenants at our properties, show them around, answer their questions and pass feedback back to the office. Viewings are arranged around the needs of our vendors, landlords and applicants, so this is a flexible role that suits someone looking for regular or occasional weekend work.

What we offer

• £13 per hour, paid for time spent on viewings
• 55p per mile mileage allowance for travel between properties
• Hours as required, by arrangement with you
• Full training and support from our sales and lettings teams

About you

• Friendly, confident and well presented
• Comfortable meeting new people and talking about a property
• Punctual and dependable, able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• Good local knowledge of Sevenoaks and surrounding areas (helpful but not essential)
• Previous estate agency or customer service experience is welcome, but not required
