Weekend Worker

Job Overview

Duties and specific tasks: Intake of new residents, check out residents who are leaving. Answer and handle crisis calls and arrange for transportation of incoming residents when necessary. Maintain the security of the house, write client notes, and perform main office cleaning chores as assigned by supervisor. Some filing and inputting client data information, attend staff meetings, and other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or Executive Director.

Minimum requirements: high school diploma, knowledge of the dynamics of domestic violence, successful completion of training after hire is mandatory, ability to work well with families in crisis, concern for victims of domestic violence and their children, ability to work without immediate supervision, ability to perform specific required chores. Must be computer proficient.

Candidates must be reliable in attendance.

Hours: This is a every other weekend position of 21 hours.

Friday - 5 pm- 10 pm

Saturday - 2 pm - 10 pm

Sunday - 2 pm- 10 pm

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 per week
