Weigh Bridge Incharge

The Weighbridge Incharge will be responsible for the efficient operation of the weighbridge, accurate material weighing, Tally billing, record keeping, and preparation of daily reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Record vehicle numbers, material details, gross weight, tare weight and net weight accurately.
• Prepare and maintain weighbridge slips and related records.
• Handle billing work in Tally and maintain proper billing records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, dispatches.
• Reconcile weighbridge records with dispatch and billing data.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Security departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit daily reports to the concerned department.
• Identify and report any discrepancy in vehicle details, weight, material or billing.
• Candidate should have practical knowledge of ETP cutting.
• Ensure proper discipline and smooth functioning of the weighbridge.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in Weighbridge will be preferred.
• Tally knowledge is required, especially for billing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
• Practical knowledge of ETP cutting.
• Good data-entry and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality of company records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having practical experience in Weighbridge, Tally Billing,

MS Excel Reporting and ETP work will be preferred.

Salary

15,000 20,000 per month, depending upon experience, knowledge and suitability for the position.
