NTEX Code Red is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weighbridge Officer to join our team in East Arm. This is a varied and rewarding full-time position combining weighbridge operations, customer service and administration support functions within our Resource Recovery Facility.

As the first point of contact for customers, drivers and contractors, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient site operations while maintaining accurate records and exceptional service standards.

What you'll be doing

• Operating the NTEX Code Red weighbridge and processing vehicle movements
• Communicating with drivers and customers via UHF radio
• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining records
• Supporting compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
• Working collaboratively with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience within the transport, construction or logistics industry will be highly regarded
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to think on your feet and be able to make quick decisions
• A current Northern Territory driver's licence
• White Card (Construction Induction)
