New Zealand King Salmon is the world’s largest producer of King salmon. We raise and market the finest salmon globally under the Ōra King, Regal, and Southern Ocean brands. Right now, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our cold smoke team!

From weighing salmon to packing, we have an opening on our RTE cold smoke team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Checking the weights of smoked salmon
• Packing into high quality finished goods
• Ensuring that the quality and consistency is maintained throughout the day.

The role is evening shift - ordinary hours of work will be Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 11.30pm, however, some flexibility may be required on occasion in order to meet operational demands.

• Have a good attendance record & attitude
• Be able to work a sense of urgency
• Have a strong H&S and food safety background
• Be able to work efficiently and cohesively within a team environment

We produce some of the world’s tastiest salmon, it is imperative that you ensure our highest standards of health, safety and food quality are met. Some knowledge and experience working within a fish processing environment would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
