About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Welcome Coordinator to join our dynamic team at La Favela in Badung, Bali. As a full-time member of our hospitality crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests. This pivotal role within our Front Office & Guest Services department is crucial in upholding our high standards and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome all guests with exceptional customer service
2. Manage and maintain the area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
3. Handle guest enquiries efficiently
4. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
5. Provide concierge services, offering recommendations and assisting with guest requests
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation
7. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role, ideally in the Front Office or Guest Services
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a range of duties simultaneously
4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
5. Positive attitude, friendly demeanour and a genuine passion for hospitality
6. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
