We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder to join our team on the third shift. In this role, you will be responsible for welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. We use Robotic machining 80% of the time and hand welding 20% of the time. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication will contribute to the successful completion of complex projects. WELDER – Performs duties associated with all areas of welding parts for production.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Include, but are not limited to:

a) Pull and weld parts to print or specifications.

b) Label products correctly.

c) Operate in compliance with Basic Processes and Work Instructions.

d) Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned, and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

a) MIG welding experience preferred, semi-automatic MIG welding a plus.

b) One plus years on the job experience and/or Trade School Certification

c) Pass JOST Welder Qualification Test

d) Ability to work and communicate accurately and factual as an effective team member with fellow employees, leadmen and supervision.

e) Ability to gain knowledge of company products. Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

a) Work is generally performed in a production plant 100% of time

b) While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly; stand, walk, reach, bend, twist and occasionally will be required to stoop, kneel, lift, pull or move objects of 50 pounds or less with or without assistance.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
