Welder and Fabricator

JBI Engineering NW Ltd is a small engineering company based in Simonestone, which has been providing high quality fabrications & sheet metal fabricating services for its customers for the last 20 years.

We are looking to add an Experienced sheet metal Fabricator/ Welder** who is capable of working to a high standard and fine tolerance - mainly in Mild steel & stainless steel..

TIG welding is essential. MIG welding a bonus.

39 hours a week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:**

• We are looking for a keen individual with a good work ethic. Must be confident to work alone and in a team.
• The job role will require the applicant to read and understand basic drawings and cut lists.
• Experience within a fabrication environment is essential.
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products
• Tack weld fitted part together
• Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units, following drawings and layout specifications, using welding equipment and hand tools
• site work will be required on a regular basis.

• Shut down at Christmas
• 4 day working week. Mon-Thursday 7.00-17.30.
