Welder & Fabricator

• Role Overview: Responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal structures and industrial equipment components using various welding techniques.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble metal components based on engineering drawings and layouts.
  • Perform structural repairs on plant machinery, pipelines, and heavy equipment.
  • Operate specialized tools safely, including MIG/TIG welders, torches, and grinders.
  • Inspect welded joints and materials for defects to ensure structural integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in industrial metal fabrication and welding.
• Proficient in standard welding techniques (such as ARC, MIG, or TIG) and safely operating workshop tools (grinders, cutters).
• Ability to interpret basic layout drawings and perform routine structural patches or modifications.
• Fit and able to handle physically demanding tasks, heavy lifting, and overtime hours on the shop floor.
