What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality TIG/MIG welding for steel and aluminum structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for signage frames.
• Ensure structural integrity and finish for premium sign boards.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe workshop environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a welder (signage industry experience preferred).
• Technical certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Ability to work with precision and meet production deadlines.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
