ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Be able to read orders and blueprints.
• Follow directions for job orders and production schedule.
• Help where needed throughout the plant.
• Maintain PPE for good working conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Understand industrial safety procedures and always adhere to company safety standards.
• Able to take directions, communicate with others, and complete tasks efficiently with a high level of quality.
• Attention to detail to be able to point out missing welds and make product look good before paint.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
