LOCATION: Two Harbors, MN
The Position
This posting is for a full-time Welder. The hours of this position are Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am.
Job Overview
- Setting up and aligning components using measuring tools (calipers, rulers, etc.)
- Wire feed welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Using manual or semi-automatic equipment.
- Testing and inspecting welded surfaces.
- Following blueprints and interpreting symbols, along with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in production welding or certification of successful completion of a welding course is required.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings (an asset)
