Agency Information

The success of SOS as the leading logistics and manpower provider for the oil, gas and related industries in its 30 years of existence in the Philippines is easily described by the words dedication and quality.

It is a dedication that is undying in its persistence to achieve a project’s completion and success. It is a quality that is bound only by the firm conviction that excellence in service has no possible limits.

Since the late 70’s, SOS has been continually developing its acknowledged strength in logistics services primarily for the oil and gas industry and, through the years, for other sectors like power and energy, petrochemical, telecommunications, mining, construction, engineering, among others.

We are not surprised, therefore, to find various oil and gas companies come to the Philippines with only their technical know-how and completely leave everything else they need to the care of SOS: logistics solutions, human resources complement, office space and total workplace service requirements, agency and sales representation, customs brokerage and freight forwarding services, environmental management systems, as well as liaison with governmental agencies.

By providing these services with complete dedication and quality, SOS allows its clients to concentrate on what they set out to do in the first place – work, work and work.

As a Filipino corporation initiated by its French Chairman and CEO, Mr. Louis Paul Heussaff, S.O.S. takes pride in being one of the companies who put prime in celebrating the beauty of the Philippines and its people. With these objectives, S.O.S. has published to books honoring the Filipino – The Archipelago of Smiles, published in 1998 (centennial year of Philippine Independence) and Filipina: A Tribute to the Filipino Woman, published in 2004, in line with the company’s silver anniversary.
