What they need
- Perfoming welding duties using wire welding MIG/GMAW (Gas metal Arc Welding),FCAW (Flux core Arc Welding, TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
- Welding steel parts with welding equipment as specified by process sheet, fabrication technical drawing and work instructions
- Welding finishing skills equivalent to American Welding Society (AWS) standards.
- Operating and adjusting welding machine such as power, gas pressure & speed of feeding rod according type and thickness of material
- Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Housekeeping in accordance of 5’S
- Participating in process and product development and improvement plans
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Welding with minimum 3 years experiences in fabrication welding
Ability to interpret welding symbols, fabrication technical drawing and process sheet
Ability to read and comprehend measuring tape & caliper
Welding range from simple to complicated structure
Ability to rework, modify or fabricate parts.
Ability to use basic mathematics
Ability to meet tight production deadline
