WELDER

What you'll be doing

• Performing various welding operations including MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and other metal alloys used in pharmaceutical equipment
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication of components
• Inspecting welded joints and components for quality, strength, and adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards
• Preparing metal surfaces through grinding, cutting, and cleaning prior to welding operations
• Operating and maintaining welding equipment and related tools in accordance with safety protocols
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing processes
• Maintaining detailed records of welding procedures, materials used, and quality control inspections
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Welder

• Proficiency in multiple welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of welding standards and quality control procedures relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Physical ability to perform manual welding tasks and lift heavy materials

• Preferred experience with stainless steel welding and pharmaceutical equipment fabrication
