POSITION SUMMARY
The Welder is responsible for joining, repairing, and fabricating metal components using various welding techniques to ensure strong, durable, and precise assemblies that meet safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform welding operations on metal structures, equipment, and parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Inspect and test welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance.
• Maintain welding tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors on projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and attentive to detail.
