About the role

Just Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, using your expertise to assemble high-quality products that meet the exacting standards of our clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

About you

• At least 3 years of experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Able to read and speak English. Simple English Writing is preferable.
• Able to handle system and applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations
